Heartfelt

These days I'm drawn to work with hearts.  Its nice that my designing goes so perfectly with the month that celebrates love and hearts and may I please add chocolate to this list?

Its slow progress right now but I hope to speed up a bit now that I've made two prototypes.  I still need to back them, add a loop of twisted Sari silk and pronounce them hangable.

Valentine Give Away

I'm a sucker for Valentine's Day.  I know its been thrust into the mercenary world of marketing -- but the whole idea of a day devoted to 'love' -- who could not like that?  Love is a function that we, as humans, can demonstrate so very well.  It can fill our hearts, make us change our whole life course, smile, laugh and sometimes cry -- but it is always a very precious gift given to us.

A Valentine Give Away

As we begin the month of February I'd like to celebrate Valentine's Day (one of my favorite holidays) with another blog giveaway.  This one could be called "The Key to my Heart".

Valentine's Day is the perfect antidote to cold, grey winter days.  Its also the perfect excuse to send wishes to friends and loved ones.

Art Journey Blog Giveaway

Let's welcome February!  I'm thinking Valentine's Day, are you?   With that in mind I've created my very first blog giveaway.    

Pulling out threads in rosy pinks and soft greens I've created a punchneedle 'ditty bag' which I've filled with chocolates (of course).  My very favorite holiday is Valentine's Day!  A holiday that is devoted to love and a holiday filled with pink and red, during the dreariest part of the year, what's not to like?
