Do you know what you are seeing here? This is a sure sign that Spring is coming -- soon. These are LOTS of frogs eggs in the little pond outside my studio window. Tadpoles will soon be swimming - frog croaks will soon drown out my studio music - and I will be ever so happy.
"Life stands before me like an eternal spring with new and brilliant clothes." - Carl Friedrich Gauss
Well, I'm glad to hear it - we've got Autumnal mists again!
ReplyDeleteSpring is on the way here as well our frogs were going at it a couple of weeks ago, an absolute frenzy of mating.
ReplyDeleteYour pond is a frog nursery! How wonderful! The low lying marshes below our house are just full of singing frogs - thousands of them - such joyful music :)
ReplyDeleteOh WOW!! We still have ice on our pond. Bosco's favorite pass time is to pull the heater out of the water!
ReplyDeleteOur 7 day has 40s in it so yippee! But I don't think I'll see tadpoles for quite a while!
xx, Carol
