It is September, time for harvest. Time to reap the fully ripe fruits, vegetables and in this area of North Carolina - apples. We even have an "Apple Festival". This pocket represents the time of the year when tables are laden with freshly grown food.
And on the back some colored leaves floating gently toward the ground.
"It is like the seed put in the soil - the more one sows, the greater the harvest". - Orison Swett Marden
My favorite time of year! This is a lovely representation.
ReplyDeleteThere's definitely an autumnal theme going on here at the moment!
ReplyDeleteI agree, favorite time of the year! No heat and no air conditioning required, couldn't be nicer.
ReplyDeleteThis piece has that Fall feel to it. Once again, the colors are perfect, and I love the charm. Not surprised it's a favorite of yours, Penny, think I see a few spirals there. :)
This has the neatest texture. I'm a texture junkie!! That is a great charm too!
ReplyDeleteThat charm is lovely!
