There are four different doll 'ideas' that I have -- names and themes that I have come up with. Its time to put my imagination into motion. The patterns have been created. The fabric has been chosen. The fibers and some accessories have been stacked.
I'm ready to go. Thanks for joining me on this fall into winter journey!

Well, you're committed now, girl! We will all be watching and hold you accountable for this post. I love the 4 piles and how they are so coordinated, the colors of fabrics and embellishments, right down to the thread! This is so opposite the way I work. I chose one thing at a time starting with a fabric I like and create the basic doll, then I add what seems to fit as I go. But I think that must take much longer. I should try your method!
ReplyDeleteAh Ha you figured out my strategy. I decided that if I show what I'm planning on my blog I will HAVE to do it all! *smile* This is also new to me because I usually do it 'one at a time' as I go. So I'll let you know how it works and whether I've put myself into a corner - tee-hee!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing these!
