A Mouse in the House

A surprise appeared in my studio the other day!  Yes, its a mouse, quite snuggled down in a box of thread.

I was surprised that he didn't run away, upon seeing me -- but I guess he had found his nest and no one would be moving him anytime soon.

Now I wonder if there are more where he came from and if so, where will they be found?

  1. Oh what fun, I seem to be making cats and rabbits with the odd bit of fungi.

  2. There is NEVER one mouse!! It's a Law of Nature that when one comes...MANY will follow. Better stock up on cheese!!

  4. Ah hemm..well, the real ones at our house would probably be found in a trap :( I hate to say it, but in this old house-we have to keep them at bay...But your kind of mouse-I could have them peeking from bookshelves and sitting on top of my TV. Adorable!

  5. Normally, when you see one mouse, you'll find their mate. Maybe some little ones too. Keep looking - they may show up soon.

  10. :) I have to agree with Carol, there may be an extended family around to keep him company! Wouldn't that be fun?
