Sometimes they hide under or within larger leafed plants.
Sometimes they seek their bit of the sun and I can enjoy their fully opened blooms.
Sometimes a smaller, unassuming plant becomes a showy, fluffy beauty.

ReplyDeleteIt's Penny with her eagle eye out in the woods again! So glad you are appreciating it all. Those yellow ones look like Buttercups. Hope all is well there!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. Things like cyclamen are among my favourite flowers. Tiny, unassuming, delightful...
ReplyDeleteThe quote is worthy of pondering for a moment. Those tiny flowers hide the dirt under the more showy plants giving the bugs a place to live in peace going about their tiny crawly life. There is always something going on behind the scene, whether it's in Nature or Life.
ReplyDeleteWishes for a peaceful and happy weekend.
xx, Carol
Nice photos Penny! I recognize all of these except for the last one... with the bold, contrasting leaves and the spiked stems of blossoms... What is this?
