In truth -- I wanted to use these buttons and had trouble finding the right floss shades, so just went with what I had.

ReplyDeleteOh Penny. Autumn. REALLY? I would have stuffed a towel under the door and sealed that crack!! BUT. Stitching with what you have is always a good thing. And your kite is beautiful and somewhat symbolic. Autumn is the third season of the year and you have used 3 buttons. Cool!

Those coppery colours remind me of the colour of some leaves as they open, so it's spring really!!
