Kerry Keyes

Only recently has Kerry moved out of the family  home to live ‘on her own’  - for the very first time I might add. Her very protective parents took a lot of convincing that she could do this. You see  sometimes Kerry is a bit on the befuddled side.

When the boarding house opened she just knew it would be a good place for her.  Oh heaven!  To have her own nest up on the second floor where she can come and go as she pleases.  Yes, It’s only a room in the boarding house – but sometimes that’s all a person needs.

These days, when she wanders around town, she wears her room key around her neck and carries her map in her pocket -- just in case.

"Your goals are the road maps that guide you and show you what is possible for your life." - Les Brown

  1. Kerry has taken some very wise precautions. I hope this calms her parents at least a little!

  2. Kerry's choice of a second floor room is exciting. Imagine her sitting and looking out the window. Perhaps she is reading a book and dreaming of far away places and thinking that this move was her first step to her dreams. How fun!

    Happy Thanksgiving.
    xx, Carol

  3. I love that Kerry keeps her room key around her neck! If anyone messes with her, it's a formidable weapon. Her parents can take some comfort in that. Her face is young, innocent and adorable!

  4. I love it that Kerry has a map in her pocket. The map provides many opportunities to explore, on her own, and find many possibilities...

  5. Bless her - I remember that feeling of first setting a toe into the big wide world so well...

  6. That feeling of freedom, I remember that!

  7. Another charmer! Love the square eyes and the nose!

  8. Aww....love Kerry...how adorable. Great post.
