A bird in waiting

The first of my bird designs has been completed.

It was a joy to get back to the sound of the punchneedle moving in and out as the design became a reality.

He now waits for a friend to join him as I move onto the second design.

We'll see where this journey takes me.

  2. I saw this post earlier when I was at work, but waited til I got home to take a closer look. You KNOW how much I love your punch needle pieces. The piece I own hangs on my family portrait wall so I can see it every day. I am so interested to see how these pieces develop and am thinking I should buy a punch needle..really.

  3. That is really effective - I love the texture the punchneedle has given to the design.

  4. I'm loving the design crispness of the back side! I saw an inexpensive punch needle in Joann's today, Carol. Try it!
