"Beatrice"

"Open your mind to what I shall disclose, and hold it fast within you; he who hears, but does not hold what he has heard, learns nothing." - Beatrice - Canto V 40-42

Dante's guide through paradise, 'Beatrice', was my model for this little creation.  Its so nice to have her here in my studio.  She reminds me to think and create with an open mind.

Sometimes, when I'm struggling, I just have to find the right key or remember the combination numbers.

"Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential." - Winston Churchill

  4. Lovely! and just what I needed today. I was lamenting in my journal about my lack of creativity these days, and the Churchill quote is perfect. Thank you:)
